Adequate, but seemed to be trying to cut corners. No laundry bag, not enough towels in room, one tiny soap for hand washing, no body wash or soap bar for shower, no towels at the pool, breakfast had no hot protein (eggs, bacon, etc.). On the plus side, room and shower were plenty warm, as was pool. Everything looked clean. Bed was comfortable.

Comfortable and clean rooms, and very good service. In the room where I stayed (at the back of the building, to the left), a very loud motor/compressor could be heard and felt all night. Very annoying.

FILTHY DIRTY AND BEDBUGS!!! They have a severe bedbug infestation. The room was already filthy; toilet wasn't clean, dust everywhere, fridge was dirty, floors felt disguisting... but we were just there to sleep and had been traveling so we didnt feel like packing back up and driving somewhere else. We get to bed and wake up a few hours later and my husband and I were covered in bites! I woke up multiple times in the middle of the night thinking something was biting me. Finally got out of bed around 5am and tore the bed apart, bugs everywhere. Bites everywhere. I captured some of them and took them to the front desk to check out immediately. They apologized and said theyd refund me. The manager at the front desk claimed to give me a refund. Turns out, she charged me a second time then refunded it. When I called her back to tell her this she gave me some excuse that its how "adjustments work". Then, she proceeds to tell me they changed their mind and are only refunding half of my stay, so she withdrew $75 TWO MORE TIMES FROM MY ACCOUNT then refunded those charges. All said and done, 4 charges from my bank account ranging from $75 - $187 and NO MONEY BACK! Ive tried to call back and now they just wont answer the phone. Worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE!
