Honestly, can't find a single flaw with this place. All staff were courteous, rooms were clean and spacious, beds reasonably comfortable, largely quiet (though the doors are exceptionally heavy and close loudly no matter how hard you try to do carefully), shower pressure adequate. Included breakfast won't blow your socks off, but it was always on time and adequate considering the price point. The only complaint, and this is nothing the staff or proprietors can do about it, is that it's a bit difficult to get in and out of during certain parts of the day. That's why you see my "location" rating at 4 stars out of 5. As it pertains to value: It's bit more expensive compared to some other "budget" hotels in the area, but given what I heard from people working the same festival I did, it's WELL worth it. Will definitely stay here again for my event.

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel hallways were quiet (you never know what you're going to get when you are on the same floor as the pool). Breakfast was nice except for unattended children making a mess at the waffle station and just rudely butting in front of people.
