If I could give this hotel zero stars I would! It wasn’t the check-in. It wasn’t anything other than the disgustingly dirty room! There was no hot water. The propane tank wasn’t properly working, so there was no hot water in the morning and somehow that wasn’t us problem! They sent some man to our room that looked like he hadn’t slept in three days who looked at our sink and said “Yep, it’s a propane issue”! When we attempted to get our money back, they told hotels.com that we were lying and their rooms are clean! Even after showing proof of the DISGUSTING room, the lack of hot water, they lied and said “that’s not here”! I wouldn’t stay here, I’d run… Then, in the morning when we were trying to g to check out, the attendant was passed out snoring, said they had a propane issue but things were going to be back up by that night! Well, we are checking out so how is the hot water going to help us later that night????? Do better! Be a better human!!!! You may not like hot water, showers, etc. but when I pay for basic amenities, I expect to shower!!

The room was very nice BUT... The big screen TV did not work & when we went for breakfast there was none. The morning desk help was extremely rude. We were told "They don't offer breakfast!" But it was advertised through our app that continental breakfast was included. As for the TV the night manager brought up her personal tv for us to use and for that, we were grateful. BUT... she also told us our room was not to be rented because of of the broken TV. I also didnt appreciate guests smoking cannibis outside the upper rooms. Overall nice motel...But too many BUTS! Look elseware for a motel.
