The staff here is excellent! From check-in to the bistro team in the evening and the morning crew, everyone showed true hospitality and kindness. My wife and I really needed this kind of getaway, and the welcoming atmosphere here made it feel wholesome, relaxing, and peaceful. The room itself was very good. The only thing is that a few of the wall outlets were a little loose, which made plugging things in slightly tricky. That’s an easy fix though, and everything else about the stay was great.

This by far is the worst customer service ever . I see why the rates are always cheap and the parking lot is always empty . When you walk into the door you are not greeted , they don’t have a warming smile on there face it’s gives the look like what you need especially if you’re of colored now if you look a certain way you receive outstanding and attentive customer service. I stayed here 2 weeks ago when the weather storm was in and a older black woman checked me in she wasn’t to friendly didn’t speak didn’t smile just was dry but she did proceed to check us in and also give us some personal items that we left . Well today I went to try it again because the rates are cheap and I needed a get a way and I must say it was HORRIBLE . Upon arrival the older white bar tender look at me and my fiancé as we weren’t suppose to be here. Walked into lobby and a guy was standing there with glasses and AirPod in his ear and bent over on the desk on his phone . He didn’t speak he didn’t smile he stated “WHAT DO YOU NEED” I proceed to tell him i have a reservation and I’m here to check in , very quiet moment just him typing ,we go to pay he states oh you can’t use tap and I’m like the Patel girl lets me tap for market and I paid my last stay using tap . He says well I’m not doing it I said where is the manager he then says they just left I said well can you call so I can speak to management he calls his managers goes to the back room comes out and say like I said he said no . So overall this experience was horrible , if your. Of colored stay far away from this hotel apparently this hotel is for suit tie and briefcase people only not relaxing .
