There was literal poop on the bathroom wall when we arrived at our room, as well as a sizable pink, sticky stain on the carpet. When I mentioned these issues, staff advised they would comp our parking as a consolation. (Really they should've comped the room for a night, but I accepted.) The $70 for parking was charged to our card several weeks ago. I reached out via email to follow up about the promised refund but still haven't heard back. Before we had seen the room, we requested to extend our stay one night. We were quoted $305 but were charged $370. That's a lot to do with taxes and fees, I understand, but the jump is significant—especially when there's fecal matter/stains being left behind by housekeeping. Anita and Iris were wonderful, but the rooms weren't to my standard, breakfast consistently took 45 minutes to be brought out, and the proximity to the parks could be achieved by the dozens of other hotels in the area. Super unimpressed overall. It's a shame.

First room smelled like sewage. Got moved to a second room and the bathroom smells like sewage. Now waiting for someone to come to do something about it. Talk about starting vacation badly.

Great location for visiting Disneyland and DCA. Room was nice, a little tight. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open and there's no ventilation in the bathroom despite a vent on the wall so we had to prop the door open so the room didn't get too steamy. This actually worked in our favor because the lights in the bathroom are on a timer with a motion sensor that doesn't pick up motion in the shower and the lights turned off while in the shower a couple of times. Having the door open at least gave us a little bit of light to be able to see to get out and get the lights to turn back on. If the door was all the way closed, it would have been pitch black. Breakfast burritos & coffee were great!
