I'd give this property a C-. First, Edward at the front desk was very professional, helpful and polite. Same for Eden on the night shift at the Bistro. But there were problems: 1.) First room I was given had feces throughout the shower pan + floor. Toilet was unflushed + clogged. 2.) Edward checked out a 2nd room while I waited in the lobby. It had some sort of water leak. 3.) Finally, the 3rd room was OK. Edward was kind enough to fetch my luggage and bring it in. I was grateful. I'd spent 9 hours on the road + have back issues. I was in pain. Other issues: -- The icemaker was broken my entire 6-day stay. Ice was only available at the Bistro before 10 am and 5-10 pm. Wholly unacceptable. -- My in-room Keurig was OK but not stocked well enough. Certainly not as tasty as the Bistro's coffee. But after 10 am, it was unavailable. Some people like coffee at other hours. When I asked the front desk for more coffee, they sent a housekeeper who only brought decaf pods (!!??!!) and flat packets that didn't suit my machine. -- My sheets were never changed + I had to request fresh towels + TP. If this is policy, it needs to be communicated more clearly + conspicuously. -- The A/C was temperamental + difficult to adjust. I was either cold or hot. Rarely comfortable. -- My key card was temperamental, too. Worked fine on the outside door but had great difficulty with my room door. Front desk re-keyed it. That didn't change anything. Bottom line: I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone I like.

I booked 2 queen bed room for a noght . Room was ok but they use cheap mattres. It was low and uncomfortable. So I did ask to change the room. Find out they were no elevator to go second floor. New room I had turn to be double bed which the hotel staff did not inform us. We were so disappointed for this stay. We always trust and stay with Marriott for this high standard.

The rooms are very old and need to be renovated. Also, there was a roach in my room. The service at Bistro Bar was good. They were out of coffee so the server gave me a complimentary hot tea.
