This is a wonderful property located near Baltimore BWI Airport. It is quiet and a great location to prepare for business presentations.

The WORST Shuttle Service we’ve ever had The room itself was acceptable, but the shuttle service was absolutely terrible and ruined our arrival experience. I called from BWI at 8:47 PM to request the shuttle and was instructed to walk all the way to Location 7 and wait there for 15–20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes in the cold with my kids, I called again at 9:09pm for an ETA and was told another 10-15 minutes. At 9:23 PM, I called again and was told the shuttle would arrive in 5 minutes. The shuttle finally arrived at 9:31 PM. Even then, the driver did not open the door immediately and made us wait another 2 minutes outside. We arrived at the hotel at 9:37 PM. In total, we waited 45 minutes outdoors for what turned out to be a 5-minute drive. The waiting area is far from airport arrivals indoor area, so we were freezing the entire time waiting outdoor with luggages. Had we known the wait would be more than 20mins, we would have already taken an Uber which is in another location for 5-10mins walk. This level of shuttle service is unacceptable, especially for families with children. Stay away from this hotel if you need shuttle service. We saw so many Hilton, Double tree, embassy suites and other Hilton branded hotel shuttles passed by while waiting. Marriott and courtyard BWI only share one shuttle and it’s absolutely terrible.

I wish there was a option of 0 star. called the shuttle at the airport and was told to be a 15-20min wait. No one showed up after 20min. called a few more times and was repeatly told the shuttle would be there in 5min each time we called. Eventually we had to wait for 40min outside with my kids at the temperature of 30F. We would have taken a Uber if we knew it would take such a long wait.
