We were delighted to spend our long weekend at Courtyard Bandung. Upon arrival, we felt a warm welcome from Ibu Ayu and Ibu Uti, whose hospitality made us feel very comfortable. We headed to our room and received a big surprise that delighted the kids: mirror art, a welcome cake, letters, a tent, and memorable decorations for our birthday boy. Thank you to Adhika Upan, Kevin, Elsa, Ines, and the housekeeping team (Ilham, Irpan) for their creative and beautiful room decorations. There was also a surprise birthday gift hidden inside the tent and a welcome card from the sales and marketing team. Not only in the room, but we also received excellent service during breakfast at Momo Cafe. Mr. Tuteng, Mr. Heri, Mr. Yanyan, and the entire Momo team were very detailed in serving us. Room service always arrived within the estimated time given when ordering, even though there were a lot of other orders at the time. Thank you for providing Excellence Service during our stay period of 15-18 Jan 2026, it was very impressive, always be successful Courtyard Bandung👍🏻

From the beginning of booking, the Courtyard team has been very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. The breakfast variety was also plentiful and delicious. The location is also convenient to go anywhere. The service was also excellent. A pleasant experience. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott Bandung. Next time I go to Bandung, I already have a top-of-mind for a place to stay.
