We spent New Year's Eve in this modern hotel and felt very comfortable overall. The front office staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast and the New Year's Eve buffet were excellent: a good selection, everything fresh, and plenty replenished. A big thank you to the chefs for the superb New Year's Eve dinner! Special praise goes to the waitress with the long, dark hair who looked after us in the evenings – friendly, attentive, and with a smile, which unfortunately wasn't the case with some of her colleagues. Our room was spacious and equipped with a large TV. Unfortunately, there wasn't a balcony for smokers on our floor. We were also very impressed with the cleaning staff: despite being pressed for time, they were always friendly and courteous. The pool and sauna area wasn't crowded, there were plenty of loungers for everyone, and a great pool bar right in the water. Areas for improvement: - The pillows were very hard. Softer options would be preferable. - A program or a small music party on New Year's Eve would have been fantastic.

Check-in was great – we were even able to get into the hotel early, which we really appreciated. The room was okay, nothing special, but acceptable. Unfortunately, the service overall was very poor. On our first evening, we waited at the bar for about 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. The restaurant was a huge disappointment: some of the food was extremely salty, the meat and the cooked tomatoes were cold, and the French fries were completely unsalted. Furthermore, neither ketchup nor mayonnaise was served, nor were we even asked if we wanted anything with them. The dessert (apple pie) was dry and unappealing. The service was disastrous. We weren't asked if we enjoyed our meal or if we wanted coffee. Everything seemed very inattentive and disinterested. The next day, the same problem occurred: we waited at the bar for almost an hour just to be able to order anything. Overall, unfortunately a very disappointing service experience that significantly negatively impacted the stay.
