Elisha/Alisha… not sure the spelling… she works in the “Bistro” at this hotel. She made our entire experience horrible. She was very rude and publicly humiliated our friend in front of the entire dining area. She ruined the evening for us. This is not a place that you can sit with your friends/family and think you are in a safe space. We will not be choosing courtyard by Marriott ever again since they allow their employees to treat customers this way.

I felt compelled to share my review by the outstanding service I received. The lady at the front desk (evening of December 15th and 16th) was not only welcoming and efficient, I stayed there for 2 nights and the second night just by looking at the details when the booking came in (flight got cancelled, had to stay an extra night) she had everything ready for my arrival. Her anticipation of needs and swift service are uncommon and make a difference to guests.
