The beds were a little firm, but ok. Rooms clean, but very poor lighting. Overall, the facility needs a MAJOR upgrade ... very dingy and dated. Staff was all very pleasant and accommodating, though, and the location was good for the purpose we were there. Other than getting coffee (which is not complimentary), I recommend going to restaurants nearby. One evening it took us 1-1/2 hours to get quesadillas. Fortunately, we had good company and wine to enjoy while waiting. Hindsight, just slip over to Applebee's next door or one of the many restaurants nearby.

I chose this hotel for a one-night stay because of its convenient location right off the highway and my membership status, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. The person who checked me in was nice and friendly, but that’s where the positives ended. The hotel itself is old and badly outdated. The hallways had stains everywhere, and the elevators had a strong musty smell. My room also felt old and worn, with an unpleasant odor of cigarettes—which was disgusting for a non-smoking room. The bathtub looked dirty and poorly maintained, and the lighting was so dim that I didn’t even feel comfortable using it. When I booked, I saw that breakfast was supposed to be included. The front desk employee at check-in confirmed it started at 6:30 a.m., but the next morning a different employee told me there was no breakfast and it wasn’t included. That was the final disappointment, especially since I had waited for something that didn’t exist. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I’ll be back in town later this month, but I definitely won’t be staying here again.
