Zero customer service , very rude communication doesn’t want to help , specially the guy was working on day 1/18/26 at 10:20 pm Called and give first and last name of the guest to talk to guest because we are transportation company, He is very rude and he said I can’t give you the name of the guest and I told him I don’t want you to give your guest name , I am asking you to transfer the call to guest that you already have it on your hotel, and I already have his first and last name , he doesn’t want even to check for the name that I provided but he came to work to earn money only not to work , so avoid going to this hotel they are zero hospitality, zero customer service , give every one attitude when ask for anything, Not recommend

Nice hotel. We have stayed there before. BUT they are now charging $14.95 a night to park which is totally ridiculous. There is a huge parking lot behind the hotel which was blocked off. There was one car parked there. We won't stay there again

Nice rooms, nice customer service at front desk and breakfast area however room service is very bad. I waited hours for them to come after requesting early that morning (8am) and ai was told they would cone soon, they didn't come until 1140. I missed Christmas morning mass waiting for house keeping because i have a pet i cant leave alone with housekeeping. I literally watched them clean rooms beside me, across from me, and then skip me and keep going on other side?!? I had to call again and then housekeeper was not happy and did not want me to be in the room with my kids or wait for her outside. She wanted us to go and i said no she didn't want to come clean. When i first checked in there was still crusty food bits of various kinds under the desk with dog food from a prior stay. There was hair all over the bathroom sink counter and toilet. They obviously didn't clean the room very well. So i asked for a deep clean service the following morning and gave them all day to clean the room. Same old crusty food bits from prior stay all over floor, no hair conditioner, no body wash, no lotion, no clean cups replaced, no coffee replaced. This was still after i had a full deep clean service requested. I overheard someone actually checking out early because room service was so poor and I have to agree. I stayed here 2 years ago was good but not this stay. For the price you pay you would expect a clean room unfortunately not here. Also, pool was dirty and so was hot tub. No chairs of any kind at pool. Leave your towel on the ground because there is no tables or chairs. I also dont like that you can't fully control the room fan. Its always on. I dont always want it on. The only reason i left 3 stars because i like the patio for the room and plenty of parking for large vehicles.
