Pro tip... bring cadh for shuttle unless you want to leave late... and shuttle times dont start till 10 am Also all shuttles are 3rd party service and not part of the company

I enjoyed staying at the Courtyard by Marriot. When I was waiting for the shuttle I had difficulty reaching the front desk, but once I arrived the staff was nice & courteous. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. I would recommend staying at the Courtyard.

First impression wasn’t great. When I called from the airport for the shuttle, the gentleman who answered told me to call back after getting our luggage, wouldn’t answer my question, and hung up on me. We arrived late and left early the next morning with no major issues. We stayed again after returning from our cruise, and that experience was much better thanks to Ms. Michaella at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and helpful. I wasn’t feeling well and asked about early check-in; although no rooms were available, she took my name and number and called me as soon as one was ready. She handled check-ins, phone calls, and guests all by herself, and I even witnessed a guest curse at her—she handled it with grace and professionalism. The hotel is outdated. The room was clean but had a strong Bengay-like smell.
