Rooms are great, front desk staff are excellent. The main issue with this hotel is their CAFE. The supervisor at the Cafe is not friendly with the guests. We took rooms with included breakfast and almost entire breakfast menu is not available and out of one or two items available it has only half of the portion available when we asked to increase the portion to compensate for the remaining, she was not willing and she said I am the supervisor for this and I decide the menu and what to give , and you can talk to whomever you want.. if you are staying in this hotel don’t pay for included breakfast, it’s not worth.

I had a great experience at this hotel for the weekend mainly due to amazing staff like Lackaya, at the front desk and Goldie who worked at the cafe. They continually went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and got my much needed coffee ! Will definitely come back -Teisha (Toronto , Canada )

It was a rough start on entry. We were not provided with details of the property or a proper greeting. Thank you to Lackeya for ensuring we received the gold member treatment other Marriott’s provide when we met her later on at the front desk. On our departure we noticed more attention from the same front desk staff member who we encountered on entry. I would recommend this accommodation to others who are visiting Fort Lauderdale.
