Overall it was nice but notice guest would leave trash out the door or by the trash bit on the elevator but it would sit there for a full day before it gets collected which is a bad turn off.

The Hotel Service Was Absolutely Horrible The hotel had absolutely horrible service and was seriously understaffed. One night when I got back, I found some unknown liquid stains inside the comforter. I asked housekeeping to come up and change it, but they kept insisting there were no cleaners available that day. After arguing back and forth for a while, they finally said I could switch rooms—this all happened around midnight. When I asked them to send someone to help me move my luggage, they told me again that the entire hotel only had one front desk agent and one security guard on duty, and no one could help. So at midnight, I had to go downstairs myself to get a luggage cart from the concierge and move to the new room alone. The hotel did absolutely nothing to fix the issue and didn’t show an ounce of apology the whole time. But once I said I’d email Marriott Corporate to file a complaint, the front desk staff immediately changed their tune—they started apologizing and offered to waive my parking fee as compensation. By that point, though, I couldn’t accept it at all, so I went ahead and complained to Marriott Corporate. Since I booked the room through Qunar, the corporate office refused to help and did nothing. In the end, I reached out to Qunar to report the problem, but the hotel gave false information, claiming they’d sent someone to help me move my luggage. I’m absolutely furious, and I hope this hotel shuts down soon.
