I’m a Titanium Elite member loyal to the Bonvoy brand. That being said this particular hotel did not meet the lowest of Marriott’s standards. I was given a room on the expressway side of the building. The old double pane aluminum windows transferred any highway noise perfectly into my room. There was a structural hump on the floor in my room which also traveled into the bathroom. The hump was so big the bath door would not close . The water faucet would spin at the base when adjusted for hot or cold water. The AC/Heat unit display was faulty with the lighted display not working well. If you turn the TV to the left or right to view from your bed or loveseat it unplugs from the cable box attached to the rear of the TV. The room above does not have sound proofing on the floor above or/and sound proofing in my ceiling. Talking or walking upstairs is easily heard in my room. I mentioned these issues to the check out staff, not to complain but to advise taking this room out of service. She advised me they are remodeling, which anyone staying here was aware of. Remodeling was not an issue, however remodeling was years past the useful life of the buildings finishes. I also was disappointed that I wasn’t even offered any remorseful ( sorry for your inconvenience). This is a management issue. I’m sure when the remodeling is completed most of these issues will be solved. Working on customer retentions will be up to management. I left by telling the staff to pass on one message to management- whats worse than a customer- an unhappy customer.

Crew members should never be on the same floor as small children. Especially when there's a time change and we have to be in the lobby at 5am. I called the front desk but nothing was done. Will forever avoid this place in the future.

Lock is visibly broken on my door.l preventing door from closing. I have to mess with it for several minutes anytime I go in or out of it. Front desk is basically said too bad. Will not give me another room or will not have anyone come fix it to keep me safe.
