I reserved two rooms for 11/24-11/27, the room sizes were no problem at all! The view was no problem. I had 2303 and 2403 (I'm pretty sure lol). The hotel staff were always nice. One person really stood out, his name was Donovan, he was a great representative for the hotel. The only annoying issue we experiences was that our AC (2403) was broken. We called the desk and they did quickly send someone up to look at it. He opened the unit, flipped a switch, it shut off, he closed it up, said "It will work fine now" and left. It came back on and never worked at all. Since the outside temps weren't that high and we weren't staying long, we just let it go. It would have been nice had it been comfortable though and maybe if someone had checked with us to confirm it was repaired, that would be great. All in all though, not a bad hotel and the price is fair and the location is great.

Small rooms with queen-size beds. We stayed for 10 days. They only cleaned the room for 2 days. And we even had to beg for this. They didn't even change the towels. On my way back I had to go down to the reception to tell them and get them. A hotel that deserves a star. Then upon arrival they gave us missing keys because they had problems with the system, so every time I had to go to the reception to get someone to put us in the room because without a key not even the elevator worked. Then they had the elevators not working for 2 days and only one worked. So you had to wait in line. The reception was always sulky and it seemed like they were doing you a favor for everything you asked for. For the same price there are many much better hotels near Times Square. Never again.
