I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a reservation I made through Booking.com for March 16, 2026. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I contacted the hotel more than 24 hours in advance, as stated in the hotel’s policies, to request a change of date. I kindly asked if the reservation could be moved to the following day or alternatively to the weekend (Saturday to Sunday). I sent an email explaining the situation clearly and within the required timeframe. Unfortunately, I never received a proper response to my request. When I contacted the hotel by phone, I was informed that Booking.com was responsible for modifying the reservation. However, when I contacted Booking.com, they stated that the hotel needed to approve the change. As a result, I was left without any solution while both parties referred responsibility to the other. To summarize the situation, I later received an email from the hotel stating that they were not responsible and that they do not provide refunds. My concern is that, just as the hotel was able to send an email stating that they were not responsible, they could also have communicated whether a change of date was possible or not. Instead, no assistance or alternative was offered, which ultimately resulted in me losing the money for my reservation. I believe this situation is unfair, particularly considering that I requested only a change of date and did so within the timeframe established in the hotel’s policy. I have kept all the emails and evidence documenting my attempts to resolve this matter. If this issue cannot be resolved fairly, I will have no alternative but to make the situation public and submit a formal complaint to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), presenting all the evidence of the case. I hope this matter can still be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

I needed to stay close to the hospital and the courtyard was the perfect place. As it is within walking distance. The staff are very welcoming. I. stayed The restaurant serve great food and the coffee is a reasonable price.

Its the 9.3.26 9:20 @m forgot my card and came from the elevator and had to discuss for my personal security treated like a gangster by this girl who seems to be a humanoid robot for my personal security while 10000 cameras are watching me . Come on thats paranoid
