I have tried 3x to speak to the GM: Jessie Singleton and have not received a call back. This is a beautiful hotel with the worst mattresses. Our room (419) has a huge dip in the mattress from just being worn out. I attached a picture, but it really doesn’t do it justice. When you book a room and spend over $200 with taxes, you expect a decent night of sleep.

I usually travel to Rome alone and stay elsewhere. But, since it’s the Holidays and all of my immediate family was traveling with me. I decided to splurge a little and got two rooms for 2 nights. Pros: Felt safe, views, rooms while dates were clean and comfortable Cons: the only employee we ever saw was at the front desk. We chose this hotel for the amenities like a restaurant serving breakfast and snacks and a bar. Also offered Starbucks drinks. ON THE WEBSITE We went in search of breakfast yesterday to be told that there wasn’t any food service available due to “low occupancy”. My adult daughter went to get some Starbucks, also “low occupancy” had that service closed down too. Neither of our hotel rooms were refreshed. Husband called down this morning for some coffee pods as we were out from yesterday, he was told he could come get some at the front desk. If we had thought about it he should have gone down in a towel. Also, the fridge in the room is not mini. It’s micro. I’ve never seen a fridge so small. Room for 2 or 3 bottled drinks max It’s really sad cause the hotel is nice. It’s in a great location. Not worth the money. Especially on a “low occupancy” weekend. I do recommend the Quality Inn. Much more cost effective, great customer service and a decent free breakfast
