JANUARY 19 , 2026 It's the worst place I've ever been, and my friend had the worst experience. Let me tell you. At the hotel where she was staying, she had her room reserved, and her boyfriend was there. She gave me the key, and when I went up, they interrogated me as if I were a thief or a suspicious person. They denied me access and closed the door. When I finally managed to get in, the security guard stood in the elevator, blocking my way, and the woman at the reception desk, a young woman or something like that, said she would call the police. And they did call security. I had to call my partner, and he had to come down and tell them to let me in. I had my key, and they were super rude. Not professional at all. Not even polite, and this is a hotel! Obviously, there shouldn't be any problems as long as you have your things in order. What kind of disgusting service and terrible experience I had. This happened today, Monday, January 19, 2026. Worst place and worst service. I hope no one else has to experience this and that they are treated well, but if not, report it.

Had to stay here for one night and the staff fulfilled every request with no issue. I arrived as early 10 and I’m a platinum member. They were able to give me a room right away! Also late checkout. The room was clean and as fresh can be. The hotel is completely newly renovated. The parking was complimentary and there is a security at night.
