I had a truly wonderful time staying for about two weeks, from February 20th to March 7th. While the overall service was excellent, I would like to particularly thank Team Leader Hoon Cho of the Food & Beverage Department and Manager Julia of the Lounge. Team Leader Hoon Cho greeted us with a warm smile every morning in the breakfast room and paid meticulous attention to detail, making breakfast time a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout our long stay. I visited with a young child, and I was especially grateful that he always treated my child kindly and at eye level. Additionally, Manager Julia very professionally resolved an inconvenience caused by another guest while using the lounge, and she also kindly and smoothly assisted with the room payment process. Thanks to both of you, this stay left an even better memory. This is a hotel I would love to visit again.

Great location, connected to the galleria department store at B1F. Breakfast at Suwon Kitchen was good with the friendly staffs. It would be better if there are some more dishes to eat. The executive lounge is good with some figer foods. Actually there are fried rice and cup ramyeons as well, you can have your dinner at here. As there are too many people, yiu should make a line to get the foods. I satisfied and enjoyed with the alcohols here. The room condition was fine, except the water purifier is in the restroom. I recommend this hotel for your stay as family trip and business trip.
