The rooms were great as well as the location. The problem we had was with service. We are Marriott Silver members. Service is an important thing for us. The first thing that happened is that they would not give us a second key. Second, the room was cold and found out that the reception desk had turned the heating off. Once I asked, they turned it back on. They disabled the thermostat in the room. The thermostat worked when we checked in. They disabled it in the evening. Around 2am we woke up cold again. They had turned the hearing off again. We looked in the closet and there was no extra cover. I called and they turned it back on. We didn't rest well.
