Attentive and kind staff. Room and hotel are in a state of disrepair. Having air fresheners to mask the smell of mildew is not ideal.

It’s an okay hotel. The rooms were eh. I will say they were clean but nothing special. You could hear everything from the rooms besides and above as well as all the traffic. The beds were stiff but I was able to sleep a little. The staff were fantastic though. Very kind and very accommodating.

Extremely Disappointing Stay Our experience at this hotel was unacceptable from the moment we arrived. We were transferred here from a partner property due to an issue and were told it would be an “equal” move. It was anything but. Check‑In Experience: When I arrived at 9 PM, the front door was locked, and there was no staff member in sight. I waited more than 20 minutes in the cold until another guest happened to let me in. Only after that did a staff member eventually appear. This alone set the tone for the lack of oversight throughout the stay. Rates & Fees: I was charged $169 instead of the original $159, and unlike the original hotel, this one charges $20 per day for parking. As someone with a handicap plate, I was told that if I parked in the handicap spot in the parking deck, my car would be towed. No alternative was offered. Management & Oversight: There was no management on-site during a busy holiday weekend, and the GM never responded to any of my inquiries or concerns. The staff who were working were polite, but it was clear they had no leadership or support. Safety & Environment: The hotel offers day/short‑stay rooms, which resulted in a constant flow of random people coming and going at all hours. It created a shady and uncomfortable environment, especially for families and guests here for a tournament. Facilities & Operations: The hotel is under construction, which we were not told in advance. Breakfast was supposed to open at 7 AM but didn’t open until 7:30 because the employee arrived late. The lobby lights were kept off, which felt like a deliberate attempt to discourage guests from sitting there. Overall, this was not an equal transfer by any stretch, and we had no choice but to stay because we were here for a stay‑to‑play hockey tournament. Between the locked doors, lack of management, unsafe atmosphere, additional fees, and accessibility issues, this hotel fails to meet even basic expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend to anyone.
