Stayed here on 2/7 and the hotel was clean for the most part. I really enjoyed the hot tub! The room was ok but the bed was probably the worst bed i ever slept in. The queen bed definitely felt like a full. The Mattress felt really worn out and the pillows were extremely flat. I tossed and turned all night. It was terrible!

In general, the hotel isn’t near much except other hotels. I stayed here for business trip on a Sunday night, for one night. I had really noisy neighbors the walls were super thin as well. I could hear the tv they had playing it was loud. I put earplugs in and could still hear it. I messaged the front desk and the neighbors turned the tv down/off. But then they were themselves loud and generally having a good time. It was late I had to get up early after some pretty exhausting travel and I eventually had to ask to switch rooms around 11pm. Overall the staff handled the issue well. But I don’t like when you have a hotel full of empty rooms and put you right next to someone else. I wish they had more sound proofing in the rooms, thought more carefully about placement, had a more convenient layout (the elevator is very far away from the lobby and rooms), and free coffee. The crappy hotel brewed coffee from the carafe is not free. So stingy. To top it off, I unfortunately lost my wedding rings during this trip and while it could have been lost anywhere it does make me nervous that I settled into one room had to pack everything back up and move to another room and realize I can’t find my wedding rings. I called the hotel and nothing was turned in. Just another reason for the staff to be more mindful of where they place guests to avoid room switching.
