Had to call front desk at 4am due to noise from the "connected room". We didn't ask for connected rooms. But you can hear everything going on in the other room presumably due to the door in between. Front desk told me at 4 am .most of the rooms are this way. Just awful. The "connected room" guests weren't even having a party or blaring music. It was loud talking (at very late hour). That is how bad it is for this type of room. We could not sleep. The beds were rock hard and pillows itchy and like pancakes. Some of the towels had a fishy odor and couldn't use them. There was a window which you could completely open and lock was broke so couldn't lock the window(we were only on 2nd floor). They also do not have free parking. Hotel itself is clean so its a real shame. And its located in a commercial park area so limited if any options around to eat or get gas. The staff is very nice though. We will not be returning.
