Stayed here March 2026. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until construction next door is finished. Even on a Sunday you get woke up to the sounds of stomping, banging and power tools. I paid extra for a balcony room, only to be given a handicap room with the bed practically on the floor and no option to move when I called downstairs. I paid extra for breakfast to be included. That was also a waste when my eggs weren’t prepared correctly. The inside of this hotel looks nice but it’s still the quality of a motel. I’m shocked how good the reviews were on this place. I’m checking this one off the list to never return to in Gatlinburg. Absolute disappointment for my husbands birthday weekend.

This has been by far THE worst experience ever!! I booked an entire year in advance to have our annual birthday trip, my BFF and I take. This is the first year, since my firstborn committed suicide, that I have even had the financial ability to begin to plan this trip. I get here to a packed hotel full of teenagers and children. They had given our king room with a fireplace, balcony and sofa bed away. It took an act of Congress to even get a room close to comparable. The front desk attendant was intent on putting words in my best friend’s mouth. She swore the manager wasn’t here. Eventually a lady with food/beverages who was a manager got involved. She still barely got us close to what we had booked. We are now snowed in with a packed place full of kids who are loud, obnoxious and even were up after 11 pm last night (after we were assured by the lady I spoke of above, the kids would all be quiet on their rooms after 10) and these supposed Christian teens yelled at me from the balcony after having been ugly speaking to myself and my friend when we came in around 11:06 from enjoying a night out around the town and the snow.. to say I am upset is the least. This was a very triggering trip! In the worst ways. Zero concessions have been made by Bonvoy Marriot to make this better. We don’t have wifi and the parking was NOT FREE like my booking said it was. This place is overrated and the staff is crap. 10/10 would never recommend. It’s up off the Main Street now too so even the location is awful. I’d definitely go stay on the Main Street at the roach hotel Quality Inn creeksode 1,000 times again!! Courtyard can find itself FR. Worst place I’ve ever booked! Hands down. Tiny rooms, crap service and tons of added hidden fees!!!!!
