From the moment we walked into the lobby we were greeted with smiles and hellos. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyond. We were provided a room upgrade to accommodate our needs and also given complimentary snacks. When we asked about local restaurants they gave us suggestions and a 15% discount coupon. I’d like to highlight your staff member Sierra H- she made our stay exceptionally special. Sierra H deserves personal recognition and a raise. I wish all front desk employees were as kind as she is. Thank you Courtyard Marriot!! You have customers for life.
