This is supposed to be a halfway decent hotel in downtown Salt Lake, stayed there last night for a Jazz game and it is by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. No complimentary breakfast, which, outside of a seedy motel, I've never come across a hotel that doesn't offer SOMETHING. Only about 30 channels on the TV, the pillows were like mushy cardboard, no vent in the bathroom (what?), and to top it off nicely, the whole place smells like cheap musky perfume. You should stay literally anywhere else in Salt Lake, but not here.

This hotel is is the worst! The main reason I booked this hotel because of there promotional points but yet there not gonna give you that points and when follow up for those points that you basically paid for there not gonna give it to you Then weeks after your stay you followed up with them about the point they will tell you there gonna look up to it then do NOTHING unless you call your credit card support services And no apologies for the inconvenience.
