It was a quick trip but they helped to make it amazing. I was able to check in early at 1 instead of waiting till 4. The receptionist was so sweet and got me checked in and squared away. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. We will defiantly stay here everytime we come to DC.

Terrible experience. Unhelpful front staff (especially the manager). I made a reservation on a wrong date. When I wanted to cancel I was told I need first I need to make a reservation on a right date then cancel the wrong reservation. Which I did. After I checked in the hotel, I was told that they won't refund me anything for the cancellation unless Expedia (which I used to book my stay) contacts them. Hours later, talking to Expedia, they contacted the hotel and asked them to cancel with full refund. Hotel management confirmed receiving cancellation request from Expedia, but still refused to refund me. Even though I AM staying at their hotel right now they still refuse to refund the duplicate reservation that is obviously done by mistake. So, I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company which is not a huge deal. But lost a lot of time. And definitely the hotel lost a loyal customer.

This is my second time staying here for business. This weekend must have had Multiple events going on it was EXTREMELY busy. The room was clean and so was the building. The only frustrating part was parking. No where on the reservation or site does it say that there is a chance you can’t utilize valet service because there is a lot capacity. They sell rooms with valet parking included in the rate. I would advise NOT to purchase that package. We ended up having to circle and drive around for 40 minutes and found parking at another hotel for the night which was about a 10 minute walk. Not life and death however to pay 68.00 for Valet and then say it’s first come first serve is crazy. You are basically taking your car in and out the lot with no guarantee you’ll have a spot that you essentially paid for. The hotel does not offer a private lot you have to use valet.
