To whom it may concern. I had to come here to write this review since I see that nobody take action on the matter. On August 9th, I was staying with my family at the Courtyard by Marriott, Yonkers, NY. While I was waiting in my vehicle at the hotel entrance for my family, I noticed a woman and a man kissing at the entrance where the guests pass through. It was not just that they were kissing, they were groping each other as if it were a scene from an adult movie. When my wife came back with my children, they also noticed the scene and it was quite unpleasant. They were doing that scene for about 30 minutes. The most embarrassing thing is that when we returned to the hotel, I realized that the one making that embarrassing scene was the housekeeping manager. When I checked her name, they told me her name was (Lucia). It's truly shameful that people who should be role models, as the face of their workplace, engage in this type of behavior. It's unacceptable for this type of behavior to occur in the workplace. It was very unpleasant for my family and me to witness this type of behavior from people who should maintain a respectful attitude. I've stayed at this hotel since 2019 as my wife is a VIP member, but this is the first time we've seen such behavior from a hotel boss. This happened in August, and I waited until now. In August, I sought information from some senior executives at the company and wrote to them, even sending them the photos I managed to take of the scene, but I never received a response. I still have the photos. I hope they take action on the matter. Thank you in advance.
