My mother and I stayed one night in a twin room and were upgraded to a double room. The front desk staff explained everything carefully and thoughtfully asked if we had brought toothpaste and a toothbrush (though I wasn't sure if we needed to buy them separately). The parking lot is the adjacent Landmark Plaza parking lot, which allows 24-hour parking per car – quite generous. When we entered and exited, the staff at the door noticed my mother's injured hand and helped her open and close the door. The room was spacious and had a bathtub, snacks, tea bags, and coffee. There are also outlet malls, restaurants, PX Mart, and FamilyMart nearby. The next morning, I had an urgent matter and couldn't hail an Uber. I asked the gentleman on duty at the door for help, and he kindly and efficiently helped me flag down a taxi and told the driver my destination, allowing us to arrive promptly. In summary, while breakfast wasn't included and the room rate wasn't cheap, the attentive service made it worthwhile.

The following reviews are only for the one-night, four-meal overnight stay at xpark: 1. Afternoon tea and dinner: Average, nothing special, not bad but not particularly delicious either. 2. Late-night snack and breakfast: Very unpalatable. The traditional breakfast items like radish cake and egg pancakes tasted and had a strange texture. The radish cake was very soft and contained rice but no radish or dried shrimp; it looked like radish cake but wasn't. The egg pancake had very little egg; the crust was sticky and soft, and without the garlic sauce, it was hard to tell it was an egg pancake. 3. The washroom and toilet were very clean. 4. Spending the night in front of the large aquarium was indeed a unique experience, seeing the animals sleeping was very interesting. Considering the weight, the bed was an inflatable one, which is understandable, but the sleeping experience wasn't great. Any noise would disturb others, and adults probably wouldn't sleep well compared to children. 5. The DIY ecosphere activity was a very fun experience; you received a small shrimp and aquatic plant bottle, which would be a great pet. 6. The free darts and racing games were an extra bonus. In summary, it's a great place to bring children. The location is indeed very convenient. Compared to Pingtung or Hualien, the aquarium is quite small, but the animals are all very well-behaved and seem to be having a great time. The total price is a bit high, but if you're traveling from the north to other places, the transportation costs will be about the same.
