Personally, I think the service is not very good. They only smile but their eyes are not right. They probably only welcome foreigners. Thai people do not pay much attention and do not provide much service. The food in the fridge, if you do not eat it, they will charge you. The first time I checked, they were going to charge you but you said you did not eat it. So I checked again and it was full. So I am confused. It is only 40 baht but I feel bad. The key card deposit was 1000 baht. The hotel could not check and had to ask for the documents back. Sometimes it makes things difficult for customers. Just returning the key card should be the end of it. Doesn't the hotel have its own system to check? They did not refill the shower gel and shampoo. Only the bottom of the bottle is left. What do you mean? I feel like it is too cheap with a room price of almost 4000 baht. I am very disappointed with this place. I have stayed in bigger ones and they did not seem to be so demanding. They provide all the conveniences. If staying at the hotel makes you have a problem, that is enough. Just once.
