I read some really rough reviews on this hotel, and I cannot imagine why they were written. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of even though there were 3 TOUR BUSES there. Yes, we had to wait …

Terrible experience. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My elderly disabled mum suffered a fall in the bedroom attempted to raise the alarm with staff and there was no staff on duty to call for help. Fortunately she had a call bell necklace and they couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the hotel and when an ambulance was called the paramedics could not enter the hotel!! She was isolated and vulnerable until the paramedics broke in. When the staff were alerted about this situation they were disinterested and were not empathetic towards my elderly mother who cut short her stay as a result. This budget hotel is really not suitable for elderly travellers. They do not have disabled parking bays or phones in the bedroom.
