Great place which is convenient to food, restaurants and wharf a quick walk. Reception were friendly & helpful despite what other reviews I read i found them lovely ladies and very approachable. We stayed in room 14A. Only 2 down falls, balcony sliding door didnt lock properly and massive spider web on very top windows above kitchen. Towels & bedding were clean and well presented. Great apartment style hotel. Very retro place and onsite parking underneath with entry at the rear at additional charge. Thanks for the stay we enjoyed it.

Do not stay here unless you want to be belittled by staff when you make a complaint. My partner and I booked a two night stay in a studio room, we entered the room and went into the bathroom the toilet roll had not been changed with very little left on the roll if any I then started to inspect further as it made us think the room had not been serviced at all.. the shower head was absolutely filthy putting it lightly covered in mould and scum there was no way anyone should have to shower under that, furthermore the bed was covered in stains and hairs all over the duvet we rang reception and the girl gave us another room which at first glance seemed better untill the afternoon we used the shower and there was zero body wash in the canister and no body wash provided we asked reception for a refill then later we returned to the room to find they left us shampoo on the kitchen bench instead which we had plenty of and they couldn’t even clip it into the wall and if they had have just walked into the bathroom they would have seen what was needed. The towels were covered in yellow stains The bedding once we pulled it back was riddled with black hairs once again pubes everywhere disgusting we even had to lay rest in there as it was 10pm and had no choice When my partner checked out there was no manager on site to express our concern and how unhappy with the room he was instead the older blonde staff member smirked and was condescending saying the stains looked like fake tan to her implying it may have been myself who stained the towels (I do not wear fake tan as I have a skin condition) so this is poor form and the worst customer service it was all a joke apparently and everything that was mentioned was either mocked or excused as though this is normal for the rooms to be this badly serviced. I will be taking this further Worst hotel iv stayed in. BE AWARE!!
