We stayed at Crowne Plaza Antalya for three nights from 17th to 20th February with our family, including our two children, and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were extremely polite and professional. A special mention goes to RIM, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She truly stood out for her professionalism and warm attitude, making us feel valued and comfortable from the very beginning. The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We were fortunate to have sea view rooms, which were absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant family holiday experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended, especially for families.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It was a very disappointing experience. Dishonest staff: I was put in a room on a lower floor, and the employee (Reem) promised to change my room the next day. When I arrived at 11:00 AM as agreed, she denied her promise and refused to help me, even though the hotel wasn't full. Poor facilities: The gym was closed, the swimming pool was dirty and unusable, and the beach access door was broken, forcing us to walk a long way to get to the beach. Cleanliness: The rooms are unclean and do not meet five-star standards. Save your money and find somewhere else. This place is not worth a penny.

Mustafa was absolutely outstanding during our stay. He was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. He made us feel very welcome from the first day and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks to Mustafa, our experience at the hotel was even more enjoyable and comfortable.
