Stayed there last month. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, part of the lobby has been renovated (it could use more light!). However, the rooms had not been renovated—they were old and lacked any appeal. Would think twice about booking a room here again.

I stayed here for work and had ordered some room service, when I went down to reception to pay for my room service I paid separately for each item as I required individual receipts per meal however the payment was some how messed up and when I went to collect my receipts I still owed money and they couldn’t split the invoice into individual meal receipts despite me paying separately for each meal. I don’t understand how this happened when I paid separately if they had printed the individual receipts at the time I paid this wouldn’t have been an issue

Room was big enough for three people. We could hear voices from hallway and neighbour room, which was annoying late in the evening. At bedside was no evening light and we had only one night table in the middle of beds, which was not convenient for several people. We stayed at 25th floor, not much street noice, elevators were fast. Breakfast was not included to our room, we did not pay over 40NZD per person for it. Hotel location is great, located quite center. Parking place is in the same building. Overall hotel service was friendly.
