Initially I booked 4 nights at this hotel but after checking in for our 1st night, we decided to check out the following day and moved to another hotel. Rooms were dated though location was good. Upon checking out the staffs asked us to fill up a feedback form and we wrote that the rooms were dated.. they kept pestering us to change our feedback, citing that they will be giving us a free chengdu fridge magnet 🤣 I was indeed very disappointed that such a prestige brand can be so lousy, both the rooms and the service
