It was a wild experience. First, we received a room key for an occupied room, and the half-naked person inside clearly wasn't happy about the visit. Then, the room was poorly heated, the interior bathroom had no working exhaust fan, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The duvet was too short for tall people. There was no ironing board, and the refrigerator was empty and out of order. The room looked modern but had been sloppily renovated. It was probably one of the extra-cost rooms on the 12th floor with a view over Frankfurt. When we arrived, there was a long queue for the elevators. With so many unnecessary stops, the elevator system definitely needs improvement; it was very annoying.

The rooms are typical of the Crowne Plaza, very spacious and modern. The bed was a dream; I slept wonderfully. The location is in an office district, so it's pretty quiet in the evenings, but you can quickly get to the city center by S-Bahn (suburban train). Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and the reception staff were super friendly and helpful.
