I usually stay at crown plaza Cornish in Jeddah everytime I visit, my last visit after it was bought by swissotel, the stay was absolutely terrible. Had to change my room twice, very dirty room and bathroom and the customer service went from 98% (Crown Plaza) to 30% max. So sad, I will not be staying there again

A beautiful hotel with a stunning view. This isn't my first visit, and I've tried the restaurants before, but this time it was different. The attention, service, and smiles were exceptional, and the staff always came to ask about the food and if anything was missing. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hamdi for his generous hospitality, and I also thank Mr. Fayrouz; he was very helpful.
