I have extremely bad experience with this business. I joined their fitness membership, quads at the plaza, but was ill so I contacted to cancel. I was not able to use their facilities one time. They told me I was not able to cancel or entitled to refund even though I was sick. I was within the 10 day cooling off period and still they are saying this. I called, emailed, visited in person, same story every time, no refund blah blah. But guess what, on their own terms and conditions, I am entitled to full refund since I'm within the 10 day cooling off period. So why they have been denying me refund. I feel it total SCAM. Not even following their own terms and conditions that they have set and keeping my money.

My cousin and I stayed here on the 20th September. We were joining a tour on the 21st and this was the closest hotel to the one were the tour was starting from. We stopped at the hotel early and were greeted by an incredibly rude young woman at the front desk who took our luggage. Now we did arrive at the hotel late on the 20th, but I had already checked in online and we had dropped our luggage off so they knew we were returning. We got back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing to find our room was gone. They had given our room to someone else and had no room for us. I had PRE PAID for this and checked in online. Also as mentioned all our luggage was in their hotel. They finally found a room and attempted to call it an upgrade, however my cousin had to sleep on a cot in the middle of the room instead of the nice comfy bed I had paid for. The hotel is ok. But it was a serious disappointment to find our room was given away and we were almost dumped out on the road. Personally I will never stay here again, if I ever go back to London again there are far better options. If you do stay here, just make sure they dont sell your room twice
