My family and I stayed here because it's close to the Cruise Port. The TV doesn't work, pretty frustrating, no maintenance avaliable, picked up the phone in the room phone cord was broken. I got up early and went to lobby for a coffee, some rude employee told me coffee isn't served until 6:30 and costs just under $5 a cup..... Really! No one at the front desk has any ability to help. "We'll address your issues Sir" patronizing attitude. Why don't the few amenities they offer ever work $187 a night we paid. Dont you people do this for a living!!?? If there not interested in ever mediocre service, maybe they should consider an Ice Cream Truck, and get out of the hospitality business.

Rooms are clean. If you are doing things in San Pedro or going for a cruise, you can't beat the Crowne Plaza for convenience!

We arrived pretty late tonight and went to the front desk. We gave our names and our reservation couldn't be found. My husband pulled it up on his phone and Abraham, who was helping us, created a reservation right then for us. He also upgraded our room for us having to wait just a few extra minutes. Abraham was so kind and friendly and so fast to get us checked in. When we got up to our room, he called to make sure our room was comfortable and we happy with it. We will always stay here!
