My mom and I enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Milan for 5 nights. Located right near the train station, several local restaurants we loved and just the right distance for a nice long walk to center city. Room was clean and decently maintained. Beds and linens were really comfortable. We booked a larger room on the 9th floor with an outside patio however the space is narrow so you can’t lounge/sit outside. One downside was being able to hear other rooms door shut so I wouldn’t say rooms are soundproof. Service was excellent however, from exchanging emails prior to our arrival to the hospitality of the staff - we can’t thank them enough for helping us when my mom got sick. The two front desk gentleman were able to get us an urgent care appointment on a late Sunday night. They set everything up for us, even a taxi to see the doctor and kept us in constant contact with us throughout. We couldn’t be more thankful to the two men working the front desk that evening. Truly grateful.
