The special event staff was really the saving grace for my review. Prince and his crew specifically were attentive and provided excellent service. The rooms are somewhat outdated and not impressive. Upon check-in, my room had hair all over the floor and didnt seem like it was cleaned well. The tub was not draining properly and when I tried to take a shower, water came equally out of the tub faucet and shower head. They sent someone to "fix" it and they got the tub draining better but said there wasn't anything they could do for the rest. My patio area was also covered in trash. Wrappers, soda cans, etc. I asked the hotel to clean the room and pointed out the hair on the floor, but while I was gone they just dropped off towels and didnt clean at all so I gave up. On my first night there was a very large room block with many children and teens staying for a local sporting event. They were extremely loud, running all over. I called the front desk and was told that no one could come to try to help because they couldnt leave the front desk and a security person wasn't due to arrive for some hours. If you're going to allow a hundred teenagers to stay unattended at your property, you should staff up accordingly to enforce whatever rules they've agreed to on paper but arent adhering to in reality. The bar staff provided great service. The food at the bar was good. The room service was timely and good.

1st room we had was horrible Next to the fitness room Walls shuddered every time the fitness door slammed shut which started at 0600, could hear everyone running on the treadmills, boom boom boom thru the walls kids yelling in the court yard on the way to the pool which we were right next too as well Absolutely terrible If this was our first visit here I would never come back!!! That room should never be given out to paying customers !! Make sure you always ask to never be on the ground floor and never be given room 111! It sucks !!

How they have a 4.2 rating is beyond me. They must pay for it. (Hidden fees charged to guests) Front door was stuck, had to hit it with the shoulder to get it open. Extremely loud noises starting at six a m with doors slamming. Every time the air kicked on, it made a loud banging noise inside the room. Water pressure sucked. This shower head was broken and barely stayed up. The sliding door to the patio.It took a lot of power to pull open and close. The track was really messed up or something. The mini fridge cabinet opens to the right, and then the fridge door opens to the left. Man might be small, but it's kind of annoying. Not very hard to change if they had somebody competent. Very unimpressed. And then upon checkout, they throw on you that there is a fifteen.Dollar parking fee, along with other fees that come out to another $45. Will not go here again, would not recommend them too others. Too many nice hotels around better shape better quality. My mistake for choosing this one. Hilton was much nicer and half price!!
