Have always defaulted to this hotel for the location, but will look further afield on the next visit. The room was fine but for the price service very patchy. Our room was left unserviced, the staff in the restaurant would clearly rather be elsewhere, and the reception experience, on occasion, rigid and inflexible. Room service was fast and friendly.. But a “spin the chook wheel” at check in? Really??! Noise transference through the adjoining door was unacceptable and we heard other guests complaining about this too.

Excellent customer service from Katie (she is the absolute best) and the whole team, other hotels in the area cannot compete with their attention to and care for guests, plus location is unbeatable. Highly recommend, we will be back!
