⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay in Yalova was generally pleasant. Check-in and parking were very convenient. The reception staff were very kind and helpful; they carried our luggage to the room, and the discount they offered for the second night was a very nice gesture. The room was generally very clean and had all the necessary amenities. However, the room was a bit warm, and despite asking for it to be checked several times, there was no change for two days. There was also a small crack on the dressing table and a tear in the upholstery of the armchair. The breakfast was really good quality and quite varied. We only noticed that the bagels were quite hard for two days. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, but the water was a bit cold, and one of the showers wasn't working. Overall, it was a good experience. I believe that if these small details are corrected, this hotel will offer an even better stay. We might consider staying here again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in February. Breakfast and dinner were simply amazing. The rooms were generally clean and functional. I would stay there again, but unfortunately I was not pleased with the management of the spa center. They weren't managing the organization well, causing some confusion and unfortunately inconveniencing us in terms of time. They didn't even apologize. However, we would like to thank Ms. İrem and Ms. Sedef for their attention and assistance.
