I spent New Year's here, but I couldn't get a room on the wrong date. But the service was excellent. The place is nice.

Nope Nope Nope. What is this hotel? I booked two rooms because I came with my family, they gave me a room far from the left and right. It's already hard to go to my family. If you know there is a reservation for two rooms, you just assign them to the rooms next to each other. Skip 1-2 rooms, it's okay. Here, you gave me the room on the left near the floor, the other room on the right floor. That's why I called early in the morning to request an interconnecting room. The staff doesn't know how to work. When checking in, can you tell the staff named Ceisya to treat the guests well? Her face was tight as if I wanted to sleep over at her house. I had paid partially on agoda, but because the CCHPJ staff were all sleeping, they kept telling me to pay in full. Try to open your eyes and read the guest details. But thanks to Mr. Razif, he explained well and was so professional to us. The breakfast was mashaAllah, who cooked it? It was really not good. That's all I can say. The swimming pool was cracked. The tiles were so sharp. It's dangerous for a little child to take a bath. I want to add, bring the ustaz to see your hotel. There's a ghost. My child can't sleep because he suddenly has a fever. At 3am, he has to leave the hotel because he wants to cool down first. It's better to leave the hotel when the child's fever is gone. Do you think? Repeat is really not enough. You guys are improving. It's a pity that guests pay a lot and get bad service.
