When I check in on the 13th Feb late night and front desk name Imran if I'm not mistaken , he was very friendly and helpful. My 2 years old daughter cried hysterically when we enter the first room. She like saw something. We have never seen her like that before. After informing Imran , Imran help us to change other room . I want to thanked Imran so much for helping us. He make us feel welcome . Even the security also very friendly n smiling What I like the most is the view and near to KSL and Plaza Pelangi even there is kedai mamak nearby .

I chose a newly renovated room so I could check in earlier. However, it was just average; the room facing the inner street was quiet. The breakfast was very disappointing; apart from fried eggs, there wasn't much else to satisfy me.
