I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. The behaviour of some staff members towards female guests is completely unacceptable. They are very pushy and repeatedly try to get women to go out with them, asking for phone numbers, Instagram, or other personal contact. When a woman refuses, their attitude often changes immediately. They become rude, offended and start behaving in a very unprofessional and childish way. This makes many women feel extremely uncomfortable, especially those who are already in relationships or simply want to enjoy their stay in peace. Another serious issue is that they sometimes try to push alcohol on guests by pouring more drinks than requested. This is not only unprofessional but also highly inappropriate. This is absolutely not the level of service anyone should expect from a hotel, especially one that claims to be 5-star. Staff should respect guests and their boundaries. When a woman says no, it means no clearly and without question. This review is not based on a single situation but on multiple experiences. Management should take this problem seriously and deal with the staff responsible, because this kind of behaviour should never be tolerated in a professional hotel.

The Crystal de Luxe Chimera is a wonderful hotel. This is my second time there and I plan to return. The staff is wonderful and attentive. It's very clean. The food is delicious and varied, and the service is excellent. Great location, spacious grounds, everything within walking distance. It's simply superb for the price. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the support for both cultural and public events. I'm very happy to be back next year. See you there!

We vacationed with our family in March 2026. Everything was superb. The hotel is excellent. The food was excellent and varied. The staff was responsive and always ready to help. We especially want to thank Ismet and Victoria. Thank you so much. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer and close to shopping that rivals Antalya. People come back here again, and we also want to repeat this vacation at this particular hotel, the Crystal de Luxe. Thank you for your stay.
