The menu, presentation, and atmosphere at the seafood restaurant were particularly exquisite. The chefs' hard work, the professionalism of the kitchen team, and the friendly service team made every meal a delight. We extend our sincere thanks to F&B Manager Hasan Bey for the flawless coordination of the entire food and beverage operation; Executive Chef Salim Bey, who is behind the culinary success; Sous Chefs Nur Hanım and Yüksel Bey, who manage the harmony and quality in the kitchen; à la carte Chefs Emirhan and Mehmet; Tugay Bey, who enriched the holiday with his delicious snacks; Restaurant Chef İlyas Bey, who meticulously manages the order, flow, and guest comfort in the main restaurant; and the friendly and accommodating service team, whose unique touch is clearly felt; and Bar Manager Erdoğan Bey and the entire bar team, who always provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service at the bars. We extend our sincere gratitude to Front Office Manager Tuncay Bey, Reception Manager Niyazi Bey, and their team, who made us very happy with their friendly and solution-oriented approach throughout our stay. The animation team's energy, daytime activities, and evening shows kept the holiday joy high. We also extend our thanks to Entertainment Team Manager Burak Bey and Chef Ayhan, who made the most exquisite touch to the entertainment and guest experience. DJ Samet, whose sincerity brightened the holiday, also made an unforgettable contribution. Guest Relations Managers Derya Hanım, Halil Bey, and Yulia Hanım were also friendly and helpful in every way. This consistent quality and high standard of service are no coincidence; they are the product of sound management vision and team spirit. General Manager Salih Bey, in particular, deserves great praise for his one-on-one attention to guests, meticulous supervision in every area, mastery of every detail of the facility, and active leadership in the field. Creating such a warm, organized, and high-standard atmosphere at a resort that operates at full occupancy throughout the season is a truly remarkable achievement. It's a great pleasure and a great source of trust for us to encounter a manager like Salih Bey, someone who loves his job, has strong communication skills, listens to guests, is solution-oriented, and is always on-site. He's a true professional, fully engaged with his work. He contributed greatly to our peaceful holiday. We thank him wholeheartedly.
