Beautiful, large hotel, varied food, large swimming pool, daily animations, water park, gym and spa area. Well-kept beach. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. And also the beautiful people working here because without you even the most beautiful hotel will not attract tourists, especially a very well organised reception with a great manager Muhammad and also a spa area with Juli, Erjan, Ai Sulu working here and a gentleman who takes care of order at the pool and also maids who care about everything, cleanliness and all the shortcomings in the rooms. All this made me recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back here.

We stayed as a family from September 1st to September 5th, 2025. However, we were not at all satisfied and left just wanting it to end so we could leave. First of all, we were met with a huge crowd upon arrival. The hotel is very large, and you have to walk a lot; be prepared for this, especially if you have children, it's torture, and it ruins your vacation. I'll start with the food section. Yes, the kitchen is very large, and yes, there's a lot of variety, but the taste is lacking; it didn't suit our palate. We encountered forks, knives, and tables covered in grease, which was disgusting. The waiting lines were an added burden. Regarding the pools, they're extremely crowded. There are two pools, one at each end, and we only get in for half an hour. Because irresponsible people defecate in the pools, we're forced to get out for disinfection. It makes us sick. It's the same problem every day. Every day, too many people cram into the other pool at the same time, making swimming impossible. People also defecate in that pool, so we had to get out there too. One afternoon, we couldn't even go into the pool, maybe because of the disinfection and toilet issues. It's just unbearable. The sun loungers by the pool are extremely insufficient; it's practically a game of grabbing a spot. We couldn't find a place, and I had to get up at 6 am to leave my towel there for the last three days. My wife is a witness because I have children, and it's impossible to live without sun loungers. The aqua park has ridiculously inadequate opening hours; sometimes they don't even adhere to them. They closed it one day at their whim. I paid for an aqua park hotel, but it's unclear whether it's fun or torture. For example, it says it opens at 12, but it only opens at 1. People naturally come to have fun, and the queues are a terrible sight. Please don't be fooled by this. The restaurants are very disorganized; you don't know where anything is or what hours it's at. It was a grueling trip, but it ended with a very bad experience. We didn't expect this from a chain hotel. We were completely dissatisfied. As a middle-income family who can only afford a vacation once a year, this negative experience didn't make us happy. Nothing I've written is an exaggeration or a lie; we experienced it all firsthand. The hotel is overcrowded, and the staff is insufficient.

We chose Crystal Hotels for our holiday in August and everything was perfect. I think they offer excellent value for money in terms of accommodation.
